This position is the first point of contact for Financial Aid and provides answers and guidance to students and families regarding the financial aid process and must function effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Enrollment Communications Coordinator Main Campus (Houghton, MI)
Working within Enrollment Management and under the direction of the Associate Director of Operations for Enrollment Management, the Enrollment Communications Coordinator is primarily responsible for overseeing admissions and financial aid related communication to undergraduate applicants. This individual will develop a high-level understanding of communications that are sent to prospective students, and will be responsible for ensuring that email, mail, event, and publication related materials are in sync with one another and align with the University’s direction. This individual will work with the Admissions CRM database, Slate, creating, building, and managing electronic communications. They will also manage the publication review process and assist with maintaining Admissions and Financial Aid webpages.

Postdoctoral Scholar, Geological Mining Engineering & Sciences Main Campus (Houghton, MI)
